Have been dealing with this dealership for decades and have purchased multiple new and used vehicles from them. Have many many great experiences with their service department going back to even when they were Abeloff Pontiac/GMC. Although the personnel have changed over the decades the one constant remains. As the GMC slogan states they are "Professional Grade"
Once again bailed out by the professionalism and genuine customer concern of this service department and in particular Bob Hoffman. Had somewhat of an emergency need for immediate care for wife's car in preparation for an unexpected long journey. Which was dealt with demonstrating flexibility, concern and compassion. Got it all done in time for me to feel better about my wife's safety for her trip. Know that I can trust Bob Hoffman to do all humanly possible to take care of our cars.

Have had a wonderful relationship with this dealership for decades. Have purchased multiple new vehicles and had years and years of great treatment by service department. Most recently service department demonstrated understanding and compassion by taking care of issues with BOTH my wife's and my Terrains on consecutive days.

Stephanie is excellent. Every service visit has been a stellar experience and she knows her job! Whenever anything needs to be repaired or replaced; Stephanie provides accurate information to customers to assist them in making the correct decision. I always look for her specifically whenever I come in for service. Laurie is extremely pleasant and professional when completing billing. Every body is friendly and helpful, I've never had a bad experience there.

Abeloff has been a great supporter of their cars and the customers who own them. They are very attentive and courteous. I always though dealerships take advantage of you through inflated pricing when it come to maintenance and repairs, but they are reasonable and up front with what has to be done. I am glad to be able to get my car serviced their on a regular basis and I do recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle. Sabrina

The staff takes a personal interest in the light duty trucks I bring for service. They are very friendly and fix everything the first time. The service manager and all team members are trustworthy. They fix your car correctly the first time and if they run into a problem they try to get a car for you to use in the meantime while yours is being fixed. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. They all have knowledge of their cars and if there is a question that they can't answer, they will ask someone that can without standing there and guessing. They also schedule your car appointment quickly. I highly recommend Abeloff!! It is either Abeloff or no one!!

This is my 4th vehicle from Abeloff since 2001. Just a routine service this time for a 2017 YUKON Denali XL. All went well. The Service Department Staff is always professional and courteous. Tried two other GMC dealers to get an issue fixed and both were unsuccessful. Abeloff got it done quickly and more importantly it was done right and at a reasonable cost. Great communication throughout the process as well which I feel other dealers struggle with.
After going to a few other dealers, and then stumbling onto Abeloff I thought I was dreaming.. Zero hassle zero pressure if they weren't wearing ties i wouldnt know they were salesman the whole experience was like buying a car from your friends or family they even entertained my 3 year old daughter.. Then they dropped an accessory off @ my house on there own personal time that wouldn't fit in the vehicle.. Who else would do that!!!!
I have been in the market for a used certified GMC Serria Crew Cab or Ram 1500 Crew Cab. I met with Anthony Corrente and test drove a 2012 GMC Serria. The truck was very nice however I decided on purchasing the Ram at another dealer instead due to certain options that the Ram had and the Serria did not. Mr. Corrente was a gentlemen and real professional. If your in the market for a GMC or Kia go see him. In my profession I know honesty and Mr. Corrente has it.
I dropped a car off for repair and just for fun, took a stroll through the showroom. Stumbled upon a Buick Regal and fell in love. Abeloff not only gave me a more than fair price on my trade in, but the car was a leftover from the previous year, so I got a great price on the car, too! We purchased a used Camry last week. I found the car on their website. Made an appt. for that afternoon. after speaking to the internet mgr. (Pete), we went there and felt no uneasiness or anxiety. you know how defensive a customer is when going to a dealership. We did not feel this and were very comfortable. Our credit was approved within minutes of presenting our application. thanks to the other Pete in Finance for setting it up. We haggled a little on our trade-in value and felt we got a fair deal.
