I want to share my sincere gratitude with the entire service team at Abeloff GMC for the outstanding experience they provided. While I was in the middle of a road trip, I experienced a component failure on my truck. Despite already having a busy service schedule, the team understood my situation, squeezed me into their schedule, and got my truck repaired, roadworthy, and safe for the remainder of my journey home. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and I truly can't thank them enough. Astian Harrington went above and beyond before I even arrived, making sure the necessary parts were in stock so I wouldn't make the detour to the dealership only to find out they couldn't help me. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. As soon as I pulled in, Service Managers Jenny Witmer and Chris Sarkisian greeted me and were already familiar with my situation. They had clearly communicated with one another beforehand, making the entire check-in process quick, seamless, and stress-free. Anthony Shea, the service technician, did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue and replacing the failed component. He treated my truck with exceptional care throughout the repair. One detail that really stood out to me was that, for the first time I've ever experienced at a repair shop, I got my truck back without greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel or interior. It was obvious he took the time to wear gloves and respect the finished surfaces of the vehicle. That attention to detail speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. Overall, this was an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Every member of the team was professional, compassionate, and committed to getting me safely back on the road. If I ever find myself in the area again and need service, Abeloff GMC will be my first stop. The entire staff and Jenny my service writer was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly takes pride in their work. Even with an older vehicle, they treated it with care and attention as if it were brand new. Their service department is efficient, honest, and communicative — qualities that are increasingly rare. Salesman was good could have been a little more knowledgeable about the vehicle. But overall he was good

brought my car in for inspection, failed for steering, stating its not safe also a break light failed when it was actually a parking light. The service advisor stated in the inspection book the steering fails due to a coupler link in the steering column that was loose, which the dealership passed for the same issue the past three years. This year I was told it does not pass and I was lucky it was passed in the previous year., So I went home and called the state inspection supervisor Bernie, who checked the inspection book on what the service advisor failed me for, and informed me that the vehicle should of never failed inspection for this. This service technician Christopher needs to be re trained on what fails for inspection. The mechanic who inspected the car, needs to be retrained with his inspection law book. I will never go to these crooks again, they offer free inspections just so they can jack you for something that doesnt even fail.

I showed up a week early for oil change but they fit me in and I appreciate the courtesy. Didn’t have to wait long-about an hour.
