Have many many great experiences with their service department going back to even when they were Abeloff Pontiac/GMC. Although the personnel have changed over the decades the one constant remains. As the GMC slogan states they are "Professional Grade"

Once again bailed out by the professionalism and genuine customer concern of this service department and in particular Bob Hoffman. Had somewhat of an emergency need for immediate care for wife's car in preparation for an unexpected long journey. Which was dealt with demonstrating flexibility, concern and compassion. Got it all done in time for me to feel better about my wife's safety for her trip. Know that I can trust Bob Hoffman to do all humanly possible to take care of our cars.
